Payment Info
Payment for golf and hotel are being handled separately for 2025. There is also a $200 prize fund (see end of page for more info).
Golf
Total cost for golf is $510.76 per person. A $100 deposit is required before November 30. The remaining balance is due by March 25. Payments should be made by using the Golf Trek link below and then completing the following steps:
1. Enter Package # 59296 and the Last Name Moreno
2. Select ‘Search‘
3. Select ‘View Details‘
4. Select ‘Make Payment‘ (lower left on screen)
Hotel
Rooms are $125 per person per night for single occupancy. Your total cost will vary depending on your arrival and departure dates. Payment instructions are pending and will be updated when available. Hotel information can be found here.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel deposits are refundable by the hotel if cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior to arrival. There may be a charge for early departure prior to confirmed departure date.
Prize Fund
A $200 prize fund is payable to Jon Meuleners by December 31. Payment can be made via PayPal (meulenersj@abacustech.com) or Venmo (@jonathan-meuleners).

Prize fund payments are non-refundable unless you find a replacement player and they are willing to reimburse you.
